Sir please provide GMP news for data back up in tapes, it is not recommending to take backup on CD, DVD & External Hard Drives. Magnetic Tapes are reliable media. How to evaluate Re qualification of the instruments as per of BCP and how it's apply to instrument which already frequently calibrated and PM. Especially category 2 USP instrument
For cat.2 is clear. But if it is cat.3, we need to evaluate requalification requirements.
Pls provide hardware restoration or recovery with suitable examples and if any case study
There are many examples - The hardware may get damaged or due to fire may get spoiled or some hardware may get damaged due to inappropriate practices (e.g. access controls - forcely operated and leading to damage). You can get some spare parts or have agreement to provide service within short time and many more. Hope you understood the things.
