As a survivor of abuse the best advice I can give is to let it go. You are NOT responsible for anything he did (guilt is a soul killer if you let it) He did it He chose to do that. Second let go of the hate. It will drag you down. Just remember the lesson you learned.

Breaks my heart to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately had some of that in my family. It never is right, I am so glad you are out from under. He is where he deserves to be. You have always been a light, stay that way. I am 73 and it has never been permissable to mistreat anyone. Take care.

The first time I came across your channel is when you reacted to Shinedown "What A Shame". I'm from Florida, and they're one of my favorite Florida bands! This is one of the best videos I've seen here. Very honest... and compelling. I am one of those who did survive the entire 47 1/2 minutes (I said that because toward the end you said, "I don't know how many of you are still here", or something to that effect). And I have no regrets. I have watched several of your videos in the last few years. Started with you rocking out to The Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin, which was so good it prompted me to watch several more (I'm a huge Zep fan, and I like to see younger people recognize them)... I watched your Coast Guard video, and I was proud of you (I served in the US Navy many years ago, and don't regret that either. It forced me to grow up) I watched you rate a chicken sandwich. Then, more recently, I've watched you struggle. This video is very different. It was convincingly aspirational. You say you're better. And I believe you. You've been through a lot ScribeCash. And you came out better. I think you can do anything you want to do. Your entire story, from your lovely childhood, to your music career, to your CZcams experience, to this awful incident, and everything in between, might make for a great screenplay. Not something you could write overnight and without help. But you are an interesting person. I am older and have seen a lot. I find you and your entire story interesting. Just some thoughts I wanted to share.

So glad you’re okay. It is so weird. As I’m watching reactors last night, I thought I haven’t seen you in awhile and I told myself I should go to your page and see if you had been reacting to anything. Ironic this video pops up this evening. PTSD is real. I’ve gone through it. You fight with yourself trying to push through but our brains are wired for survival and teams triggers it and you have to “reset”. It takes time but it’s possible, with time, to overcome it.

Sorry to hear your traumatic news , domestic violence is a terrible and extremely painful thing for victims to go through , it really scars them for life , my heart goes out to you , I've watched a lot of your videos and always enjoy your bubbly and energetic personality , l pray for you a healthy , safe and happy rest of your life ❤️

Hey Scribe from the UK 😊 Been a watcher and supporter for years and am so shocked to hear this story and sorry you had to go through it. I’m so happy your through it and healing 😎 I’ve never had this kind of experience myself and just don’t understand ppl that do this. Having said that my dad was extremely emotionally abusive to my mum and me as a kid which is a bit different. It destroyed my self confidence as a young man and my life was terrible but many years later my life is great because I made sure it was 😊 it’s all out there for you x

As for what you went through…there’s nothing I could ever say to make anything better. I’m a stranger on the internet…and even if I knew you, I’ve never been good at having the right words. Just know that I’m glad you made it through and I’m glad you’re back.

It is important that you stressed that this kind of thing can happen to anyone, regardless of any, and all, extenuating circumstances. So crucial to talk to people, as difficult as you explained that can be, but everyone needs to believe that there are people who care and can help. Thanks for your courage.

Life deals us hard life lessons and we can't always see what's in front of us. You are a survivor and so brave to explain all this to us. I am happy you are in a better place physically and emotionally and financially. I'm sure there is a normal, loving, working man out there for you. I don't know the laws in Cali but here in Florida it's safe to keep your friend Smith and Wesson close by. I know your said restraining order for 10 yrs. but just be safe and have a plan. People like your stalker sound like incomplete persons and vampires of other's energy. This was a very enlightening video, and I'm so glad you've come out on top. I can tell that not only are you doing extremely well given your experiences (those described here), but that you have great emotional reserves as well as some of the best preparation to be able to overcome this, lets call it learning experience and temporary obstacle, in life. So glad your parents endowed you with so much confidence and love. Love your upbeat nature, it gives you great charisma!
There is nothing I can add except to encourage you (if you haven't pursued this already) to master a marshal art or two. Given you were in the US Coast Guard, and may also be a reservist, you may have already had some good training in this regard, but I wouldn't know. Going further can both 1. obviously keep your defensive skills keen, but also 2. give you a ballanced physical workout. Like I said, maybe you've already been at it.

What helped me…I gave a heads up to my neighbor’s so, they knew to call LEO if CRAZY showed up to my house…he use to sneak in the alley. I finally moved out of the AREA, COUNTY etc. but I’m returning after 8 years. JUST Keep the PROTECTION ORDER in place. BE SAFE and BLESSED. 🙆🏻♀️🙏🏽

I don’t know you & probably will never meet you BUT I am very proud of you. You are a strong young lady. I have no doubt after watching you tell your story that you will be able to live beyond your nightmare. I have a daughter that was in a similar situation & it’s taking her a lot therapy but she will be able to live beyond her nightmare as well. It’s infuriating when people tell victims to “get over it” or “it’s time to put it behind you”. Those who have never had the experience do not always understand that a person can never forget. However, it does not have to define you & a victim can live beyond the bad experiences & have a full, happy & productive life. Even in this day & age with victims resources not always where they should be, It is extremely important to have the unconditional love & support of family & friends. Unfortunately many victims do not have that & have to rely on themselves & their inner strength to have healing. Just a suggestion, I think if & when you are ready, if you choose to, you would be perfect for producing a video on an abused & stalking victims options & resources. Again, very proud of you. You are an amazing & strong young lady. GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR FAMILY.

Glad you are OK. Man that has to be scary. More Healing to you., glad to hear you have a lot of positive things going on. Thank for addressing with your fans at the proper time. When I was young and stupid I had some toxic traits because of my own latent insecurities. But when these traits start to hurt others if you have any empathy you have to realize that if you are doing things that hurt someone, you need to be better. There comes a day when you look in the mirror and decide exactly what kind of person you are going to be. For me it was a big turnaround and I'm not saying I've gotten myself sorted out even now many years later. But I made a conscious choice to be a person that does their best to makes those around them feel better, not worse. Just having a glimpse of looking down that road and seeing how bad I could have gotten if I had let myself go any further down that direction, I am so relieved you are safe and I hope others get the word. No one deserves that kind f treatment.
