That fact Kandi can speak on this matter and NOT be MORALLY disgusted speaks volumes. They have grown to be very close friends in the last few years on the show. If it was me, I would contractually support my friend of 3 decades and her wife. Kenya has no problem with that, so why should we?

Using p-rn images as a way to get revenge on the newbie made Kenya a liability to the network. In the same way, Phaedra repeating a rumor could cost Kandi money and potentially the network if they allowed Phaedra to stay and Kandi sued. The situations are the same. They could both result in the network coming out of their pocket.
But why wasn't she trying to get revenge?
Kenya would have been out because they were looking for a younger version of Kenya - Brit Eady - Brit Eady was told to go after Kenya and it was up to Kenya to survive - and she didn’t. They set her up. Brit Eady is everything Kenya said she was. Bravo knows her lifestyle and they don’t care.

I’m not mad that Kandi is sticking up for Kenya because the line is always moving. We may not be able to tell Bravo when they are going to enforce their code of conduct or who they are going to hold accountable and who they are not, but the law can. Any decent lawyer can look to see whether or not Kenya was treated differently than other Bravo stars when it comes the code of conduct. If it is suspected that she was, a civil suit can be built. Does Kenya want to go down that route? Who knows but she should be speaking to a lawyer to learn what her options are. That goes for anyone who is fired from a job. HR has to play by the rules or they can put their organization in a lot of trouble.
