Literally same, I was looking at this same type of job on indeed and it seems so chill to me and I’m the same when it comes to either working around a lot of people or being around people at work plus I actually enjoy the thought of doing laundry, it’s so peaceful for me when I wash my own clothes and put them away so I feel like this would be such a good fit for my introverted self lol.
Just landed the same job! I’m honestly very excited. It seems like the perfect balance between work and customers. I’ll be on nights except for two days a week where I’ll work evening shifts. I've been thinking of finally getting into the work force for the first time. I'm legally blind and have always been worried my vision would be a problem with finding work. This seems easy enough and might be better than dishwashing.

Nice and relaxing video. I work retail but i want to make a switch to hotel and thought about being a laundry attendant and housekeeper but thing is I'm a guy and i know there are some male attendants and housekeepers. I am just worried that i might not be able to learn the job or fit in.
@@sylmanyeki9323 I mostly stock but there is always lighter areas I could do. I'm just tired of stocking and thought working in a hotel like housekeeping or laundry will be a change but I've been told it's a lot harder though. I like that it is more personal and the interactions but retail/stocking is what I've mostly known.

I been a laundry aide at a nursing home for over 4 weeks now and some days are hard like it gets overwhelming alittle bit when u in there alone but it is easy when u get a hang of it the only downside is that u cant sit at all and i have anxiety so it is a good job cause i barely have to interact with people alot
I am starting a new job at holiday inn and watching your videos are so relaxing. I definitely understand how sometimes it can be overwhelming working as a laundry attendant but for me I enjoy being organized clean also have to set a routine so hopefully I can pick up the speed but morning there’s so much to do compared to nights also short staffed so it’s hard to sometime take breaks .thank you for taking the time making this video.😊

Hi, I didn't experience any downside with the laundry part really. It was chill and laid back. some nights I have little laundry and busy day would produce more laundry.

I've been in housekeeping for 3 years now and I like it. This is my first time working at a hotel. It's easy and laid back.
