I don't think they're gonna go down the comic route of Homelander's clone killing him, so the only other person who logically could kill him is Ryan.

Like Ryan is a born supe, but Homelander wasn't exactly a regular supe. Even he was an experimental modified version of soldier boys sperm.

Supes might even be sterile. Except Soldier boy, Homelander, kimiko, anyone with a super high regeneration.
Also that said, can the brain lesions even kill Butcher?
When he's on it, he has increased strength and regeneration. So aslong as he keeps using it. He might be regenerating his brain matter as quickly as it's breaking down.

The show never specified the spectrum... So no the baby was not the strongest... The show stated Homelander has the strongest vision after Ryan which makes Butcher have 3 best laser
You should've mentioned how extreme exposure to radiation can effectively vaporize the compound V molecules in the blood stream seen as what happened to kimiku when she got hit by soldier boy's beam which is literally just a nuclear fission concentrated in a beam
What would happen if a supe that already had V in them took Temp V? I imagine something similar to when A Train was addicted to V just that the effects would be shorter so the addiction could potentially get worse.

yeah i think so too, i mean the baby had blue beams but maybe thats because its a baby and the beams grow weaker over time (gaining the red color) and since homelander killed black noir they might take the clone route
I don’t remember them ever saying that he grew rapidly. I think he grew normally, then his aging slowed once he reached physical maturity. The baby isn’t a clone of Homelander, that was a random baby in a hospital lab that was given compound V. If it were a clone of Homelander or related to him in some way, they would’ve kept it in a more secure place like Homelander and Ryan.
Homelander did not grow rapidly, he just didn’t have a normal childhood having been raised in a lab

I think that while Butcher will come close to death, he will somehow be given a permanent compound V and will become even stronger than his temp V form, and will be on par with Homelander and will become Homelanders antithesis.

Honestly if I were Butcher I would’ve requested a permanent serum in the first place to Maeve, because remember she still had access to Vought Tower. Also 9:57 I’m not to sure if that’s how it works. Given that we’ve seen how Home was able to over power Butcher’s optic beams during their battle in the matter of seconds.

Butcher keeps vomitting dead cells from damage taken over fights and overwhelm of his body changing , the series shows that he is eventually dying but the Compound V is building up on his body to change him completely into becoming a permanent Supe

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. They’ve laid the clues for that with Kimiko being able to regain powers after losing them. I think once the body has gotten used to the mutation, the injection is less risky
