You seem to have a good vibe, so I subscribed. I am an artist, and made hundreds of T-Shirt Designs. I want to buy my own printer, I have done vinyl and DTG and really looking for something that is cool like this. I am not into custom T-Shirts, not my thing- but also this helps to create other artwork... I have a UV printer, a vinyl cutter and a heat press, nothing fancy- I wanted to go to the print Expo, but the pandemic put a halt to it-maybe next time. Today is Halloween, I need to watch the whole video later to understand the whole process better.

What is that? 3) what is the best transfer paper to use for this method ? ( What should be it GSM or microns)

Printer need modification to be able to grab the film and print correctly.
Yes, white ink separate and need to shake every day and do maintenance to the print head so don't clog.
Just use dtf transfer film for best results.

Most people call it transfer film because they transfer, film because are special and not regular paper and not sublimation paper. The manufactures call it pet transfer film, there is different film, so if you looking for that you need to tell them that is for DTF.

Maybe, you need to try and if work I guess will be only color inks for white or light shirts. Rip software is the one that allow to print white ink and does printer are not for that specific for dtf.

    • @KingdomDTF

Verify the nozzle check, if you are missing it is possible the channels are clog. If nozzle check is good, then see if the dampers need to be clean at the tip, elevate the tank 3 or 4 inches from surface, consider re-install the software since could have an error.
