Fun fact : if you want to attack a player (or a bot *if you are in single player)* that is stronger than you , here is what you have to do :
1:Check if you have acces to the same oceans/seas
2.Check if you are touching them
3.Boat them
4.After you boat them , start attacking
(I think it will work)
Thats useless, try to attack someone with lesser troops or try to form a coalition against that player, if none of those work just leave the game
