If you want verification, I am Russian and that's usually what I eat. Very healthy food. It is actually very normal in Russia to eat that kind of food. It's cultural. Not all of us do it obviously, but most do.

worked 2 years on one of his oil projects and in the first 6 months never saw fruit or vegetables only fed some kind of reindeer slop. They did install an ice cream machine however which on many a day was the only palatable source of nutrition. The old dog is looking pretty creepy these days with that bloated face and the tremors.
