I share a driveway with 2 other houses. My ring camera goes off regularly because the kids are riding bikes and playing in my front yard. I’ve gone out to give them water and snacks. I love to see kids playing outside like my kiddos did. Kindness is free.

Unsurprisingly, I look even less like a deer than the dog- especially with the bright blue coat I was wearing. Crazy to think how well-armed those guys were, harassing a random person in the middle of nowhere. Shudder.
Also, I was on a neighbor’s property, with permission to be there with the dog. Those guys were not my neighbor. The area where this happened was a very small community, but I somehow never saw either of those guys again.

I concur with the comment from carolinasagiliypartner. I was shocked when the kid told the woman to “shut the fuck up” and the mother didn’t even react. And his audacity to throw things on the floor in front of the mother and store owner, without eliciting a reprimand from the mother, is incredible. Perhaps if the mother was charged for everything he throws on the floor, both the son and the mother would become more aware of the negative consequences of his rudeness and actions.

I love the dad at 3:15, just walks out and calmy tells him to get inside. I dont know the guy but he strikes me as a very level headed person and a good father. Lots of fathers might fly off the wall or get really angry, but he walked out, analysed the situation, and immediately deffused it and protected his children without saying a word to the woman. Sometimes thats all it takes.
