Lei's from Hong Kong, an old British territory so it makes sense he'd speak English as opposed to Feng, who's most likely from somewhere in mainland China.
Unfortunately, I'm glad Feng didn't make it into Street Fighter x Tekken's roster. No hate intended, but I couldn't imagine what Capcom would do with his character.
There are some headscratchers throughout this game. Some characters speak their own language to one another but still understand what the other person is saying. It's not common to find violent brutes who like to fight with multi-linguistic skills
KiddAce He is not at all based on Jet Li. In personality and in martial arts styles, the two are completely different. Jet Li is known for his Wushu martial arts prowess. Feng Wei is a chinese Kenpo master.
oh yeah! This is my favourite character, and IMHO the most strongest in tekken with Kazuya and Hwoarang

No no no...Asuka is Jin´s cousin, the man that Feng killed was his master, a chinese sifu who has nothing with the Kazamas.
