when using paper, i recommend using computer paper/basic white a4 paper for the base and then card stock or sketchbook paper for the design, that’s what i use :)

Along with adding a forehead, I also like to add a curve to the head for more 3d puppets that have a nice front view
One type of pretty strong paper is called Bristol paper, it’s really good for these types of crafts

Idk why but my old dragons’ base made from normal a4 paper ,they’re so weak and cant use for so long,,,,,still ty ,btw :)💞💞
