Last guy is a classic reason why policies should be adhered to. He's gaming the system, and the managers are weak and allowing it. If I owned the tow company, I'd let someone else deal with the hassle of their non-compliance back and forth. "Ain't nobody got time for that."
These people are amazing. They know they need to keep their registration up to date. So they have no reason to be mad at property manager if they get towed.

Flat beds are great, I however would have rolled in with the chains close to the end of the bed you probably would have at least got it hooked if you had them positioned like that, plus you can snatch two with a flat bed. Great work!!
It should be a criminal arrestable offense for purposefully avoiding registering a vehicle, or for not having any plates at all. State police agencies have really dropped the ball on preventing illegal cars from operating on public roads. Shameful.

Yeah we've had some real cold snaps here in the south, I'm in south Alabama (on the gulf coast), so Atlanta is higher up in elevation, I'm basically at sea level, and it was getting down to 21,mid 20s, low 30s....even in a few days it's going to get pretty cold again. Not below freezing but just above it.... And I'm with you, I hate the cold... I moved to the south to get away from the cold... Lol. But this winter we got the edges of those real bad winter storms that went across the north...... But we don't get snow and I'm more than happy with that lol
There should be a rule that if it's not legally registered, the car isn't returned until they pay for the registration and plates. Stay safe, and God bless you and yours.

Shame you had to return that one vehicle. He didn't have a tag so it was a good tow. The manager must have been the one to say return it.. That would be the only reason they would return a vehicle. Other then that he would have had to go it himself!
Towing must be different in Georgia. In Arizona, you are not allowed to use the winch as one of the tie-down point for a vehicle on a flatbed trailer or rollback. Winch is used for loading, then as "safety only" then 4 hook points and 4 separate attachment tie-downs are need to haul on the roadway of any type, city, county or interstate highways.

The State of Washington did away with mandatory inspections years ago; one of the worst decisions they ever made. Now we have people running around with no license plates and limo-tinted windows. Thanks a lot, Washington.

I did hear, maybe gossip, that Texas is going to do the same, but I hope it is wrong. I don’t like paying, but the downward consequences in other ways, is scary.

I can see the long arms of the government beginning to lose their grip on those that drive, and here in King County were seeing a reduction in the number of police officers on the roads, and an increase in the number of cars not following registration and title/insurance regulations. JFC it´s becoming like Mad Max on our city streets.
