Tuscan Gold, Might catch a great trip kust off the lead if he dont get completely cut off by imagination too much. I Like Tuscon Gold, Catching Freedom rearing from the back, then Mystik Dan and Imagination. Longshot to hit exotics Uncle Heavy and Just Steele or Seize the Grey. Lukas is sneaky good. The problem is the speed is not going to come back for CF ..and now ur asking for the horse to change its racing tactics. That’s a big ask so therefore, Bob once again is holding ace in this race as the lone speed in the front. Good luck though.

Looks like we see the race somewhat similarly, I worry about the pace for Catching Freedom so I’m going Tuscan Gold on top but I’m with you on those being the top three with Mystik Dan
In the LOU Derby catching Freedom ran into a pace of 23 48 112 137. The pace here will be at least similar. CF went about 8 wide and ran past all of them. The pace does not have to be hot for him to win.

Is the Belmont at Aquaduct this year? If so, then Mystic Dan has a chance to be a BOGUS Triple Crown winner. ftm, with Churchill banning the best horses from the Derby, he's also a Bogus Derby winner.

@@michaelpap3532 with the 'Belmont' being run at Saratoga, and the race being shortened from a 1 1/2 mi, it's not 'grueling' anymore, not a true test of greatness, it can no longer be considered a Triple Crown.
I like the 3H CF to win the Preakness the 9H should take the lead out of the gate he will attempt to wire I believe CF will run him down to win the Preakness drawing off at the wire the only problem is since Muth is scratched the value with CF will be cut in half the Derby winner Dan had a picture perfect trip to win now if the track comes up sloppy Saturday that moves him up even more he has a shot I'm just picking against him for the win again my pick is the 3H CF for the win

Common man, he picked Catching Freedom solid. 8 horse field, you will not get better odds at 7/2. Mugatu, Uncle heavy, Seize the grey, I doubt they would win. You are left with 6 legit horses to win. If you want a long shot Just Steel would be your best bet to win at odds greater than 10:1. Ask yourself, if the same race were run 10 times, same condition, would he win one maybe 2? On a good day, he came 2nd to Muth, beat Mystik Dan. He helped set a wicked pace in the Kentucky Derby (23, 46 3). All the front runners or those close to the front (Track Phantom, Fierceness, Just Steel, Epic Ride, Stronghold) all faded except Mystik Dan. Something to think about. I will put my bet when I see them at the paddock and post parade. If you are so inclined, Just Steel at the top, the other 5 in mixed

This is Bob's 3rd string horse. Nysos and Muth are OUT. So this is what Bob has left at this point. Think about that. In many otĥer yesrs Bob would not be sending a horse like imagination
Baffert has entered multiple horses in races before, hence the term 'the other Baffert'. The other Baffert is a term often used, because the other Baffert often wins. Imagination WAS the 'other Baffert' until Muth scratched. He has to be considered.
