I wonder why did Noxrith spare Captain Orzik when he had disobeyed an Order from Moff Kilran?

While on Korriban Noxrith had small dealings with serving the Empire as a whole but it wasn't until he reached the fleet and boarded the shuttle that he realized how vast the Empire was.
When he reached the bridge he could sense everyone's fear and in that moment he understood that he has a mission to do and the only way he can get the crew to serve him in his mission while he is just a nameless apprentice he is going to need the captain's help.
Noxrith still made sure to assert his power as to force the captain to comply with orders fighting his way to the bridge and warning the captain that he will not disobey anymore direct orders.
