Chocolate dipped Oreos with edible design transfers - How to make tutorial

Make super cute treats for individual gifts, party favors, or match a theme of an event or party. I made these smiley face Oreos back in 2012 for all the teachers, receptionist, librarian, and staff at the school for a luncheon. I thought why not share the video tutorial 8 years later. Haha! I've also made them over the years for a 4th of July party, birthday treat, Valentine's day class party, and even made Mini Oreos with them.
