Everyone was crying on twitter the otherday after the elections and thats when I started it
Please dont take this as me shipping tommy and tubbo. Ive seen people think of such things but thats not what im doing here.

Lets not forget that Tubbo legit almost cried when he broke the signs. Even Eret and Punz tried to tell Schlatt it was a bad idea

It's similar to DnD. While the story is fictional, the characters they have stepped into and play are very close to their heart and having this happen to their characters they feel that same pain.

The thing that makes this emotional is because in the end jschlatt is democratically elected by the people and dream the server owner can’t overpower him unless they make a congress and 4-10 elected people agree to kick him out of the spot of l’manbergw
But technically, they could, instead of overthrowing, dreamsmp can just wage war against manberg as a whole and then destroy it as a country.
They could still because Schlatt said it himself he is the emperor not a president. Meaning he can stage a coup with Wilbur.

Why what happened
Guys I'm crying.
The disc war was so different. It was funny it was about freedom it was a nation that grew from the ground up together and wanted independence and it costs the discs.
This war is awful. It just feels so much more personal. That was their land and their friends. And Tommy and wilbur list it all. That was their home. That was their country. And it was taken from them. But more importantly schlatt has taken all the l'manburg stands for and ripped it apart. L'manburg was a land where friends could gather and be happy in their walls. They had freedom. He took down the walls. He wants more power when wilbur was happy to have his little homeland. They've torn apart friendships taking away tubbo from tommy and convincing fundy to disown his own father. This isn't just about l'manburg or the election now. It's about friendship. And you don't cause a war on friendship. Because that war. You'll lose.

I feel so bad for Tubbo. (I know its just a game and all but let me have this) He lost his freedom, his nation, the trust of many, and kind of lost his best friend in a way. The other one I feel most for is Niki. She spent hours on that flag and when Fundy burnt it, you could hear the pain in her voice. She lost basically everything as well; her freedom, her bakery, her flag, and Wilbur as well. I just- ugh. I know its a game and all but I'm so invested in it haha

They all see eachother. Willbur smiles taking a step back for their runion. But Tommy just stands there.
Tubbo runs towards him and hugs him as tight as possible, sobbing how sorry he is but Tommy's hands remain by his side.

Theres like 3 months worth of history to explain, but just look at up dream smp, you'll find some explanations..
I'll do my best!! (It's a LOT so be ready!)
So the SMP is a minecraft multiplayer server made by Dream to play on with his friends. It started out with just a few people and slowly grew over time! When WilburSoot joined the game, they decided to make a bit/ roleplay on the server of a war. WilburSoot, TommyInnit, Tubbo_, ItsFundy, The_Eret, Nihachu, and Jack Manifold made a walled city called L'Manberg (each of them joining in separate intervals), and eventually decided to fight for independence from the rest of the server with Dream as the leader (of the other side of the server which doesn't really have a name, people just call it the Dream SMP). That was the first war! In the end, L'Manberg technically lost after Eret betrayed them and Tommy and Dream had a duel and Tommy lost, but Dream gave them their independence anyway with a few details.
After that, Wilbur decided to hold an election in L'Manberg to show that he would be elected anyway, but it went wrong when two of the other runners combined their points, putting JSchlatt into the President position. As soon as he was on top of the podium, JSchlatt exiled Tommy and Wilbur from L'Manberg, changed L'Manberg's name to Manberg, and tried to get Tubbo to hunt them down (he ended up becoming a spy for Wilbur and Tommy (shh :D)). Fundy then betrayed L'Manberg by burning down their flag to get on JSchlatt's good side, and Technoblade offered to come help Wilbur and Tommy. Techno joined the game and honestly probably hasn't logged off since, someone get this man some sleep. Anyway... Yeah, that's about where we are. Dream is secretly on Tommy, Wilbur, and Techno's side. Nihachu is stuck in L'manberg, trying to defy JSchlatt... uh, yeah!
Really though, I recommend you pick one or two people from each side and try to watch their streams on Twitch! Tubbo, Tommy, Wilbur, or Fundy is who I'd recommend, Eret would also be good! Dream doesn't really stream all that much, and neither does JSchlatt (i'm not sure he streams at all).
Everyone! Please remember both of these wars in their entireties are bits and roleplays, no one actually hates each other! JSchlatt is not evil! Fundy is not a bad person!

@@abobora3296 It's no problem! Tbh I don't really know much about Twitch, I didn't start using it until a few weeks ago after I started watching this group of CZcamsrs... Lol, but basically it's a streaming platform that you can find through google or as an app on your phone, where you can make an account for free and start following certain live streamers you like to watch. It's similar to CZcams in that it will tell you when they go live and you can go watch them, and you can go watch their old streams as well. I'm still figuring out a lot about it and how it works and what you can do on it, but I do think it's not that hard to figure out, it just takes some time to find all the little things.
I hope that helps! Like I said I don't really know much, haha. Honestly, I just stuck to their CZcams channels for a while to figure out more about them before going to Twitch, but it does leave you a little behind in the story since it takes the creators a few days to edit videos before they upload them.
TommyInnit's channel is probably the most caught up on the goings on on the server though on CZcams, or WilburSoot's.

sometimes I feel like liking the video doesn’t do anything, and I wanna do much more if I *love* the video, and this is one of those videos.
This needs way more attention. Its cinematic, sad, captures the most emotional scenes right and its just amazing! I stared to become a really big fan of the Dream SMP when the og war happened. Now I watch Tommy,Techno,Wilbur,Tubbao and more streams and am always up to date. This was beautiful, you shifted the story a little bit to fit the song and AAA i can't explain how amazing this is!!!!
