Sharee'ah is connected to eslam and no where in the quran does it instruct believers to have marriage contracts enforcing a man in not having more than one wife (because his 1st wife doesn't want it) Only in HERslam, does a man need his wife permission to marry multiple wives. You cannot allow what allah made lawful, unlawful.
