Thanks, Stephen! I learned this from the PdM course on Exponent and can’t stress enough how it was helpful during all my interviews with FANG companies.
From experience, taking pauses also helps one focus on the tone before rushing to an answer. It also gives the impression of a confident candidate when I am wearing the interviewer hat.
