This album was huge in the 90s. I still have it in my CD collection and listen to it. It's all seriously over-compressed as a lot of late 90's rock was, but the whole album is really good. As others have pointed out, The World I Know, is a particularly good song from the album.

If asked “What band had the most radio airplay in the ‘90s?”, you might say Nirvana, or Pearl Jam, or Green Day. But you’d be incorrect. This band.

I grew up on that 90s grunge. I grew up and forgot all about these groups and songs. So it's kind of nice feeling like I'm rediscovering with you "youngins"

Check out “Simple” for one of Collective Soul’s heaviest/guitar-laden songs. Great riff.
(Don’t put the volume TOO high if listening on headphones).

This was the first CD I bought with my own money when I got a CD player for Christmas. I thought my CD player was defective for about 20 seconds, and then holy shit, the song kicked it. I woke up the whole house, haha.

I`ve seen them live twice...the first time at the Sun City Superbowl in South Africa (Queen played there) and at a tiny venue in Manchester UK called The Academy, both times they blew my hair back!
They just don`t turn it down no matter where they play or who they play to!
