Make small rooms. Every item above 2 DECREASES comfort. 2 plants is good, 5 plants however is like having 0.
So best make multiple smaller rooms so its easier to get comfort. Like 2 reporters per room

The washing station cleans the toilets. The EA version in my opinion requires the player to take out a loan to cover initial set up costs. All costs have risen from the demo and the funds can't cover the set up in my opinion. I took a $2000.00 loan and paid it back after three issues of the newspaper. The adds now are more important than before and supply much needed cash that just papers provide, they are also harder to get as well.

I find this game hard cause you have to take a loan out to expand

You don't have too, just have to better manage your finances, but taking out a loan isn't a bad thing if you can use it to make more money.
