Planes के लोगों का पता नहीं.
लेकिन अपने पहाड़ी लोगों को एक ही बात कहना चाहूंगा कि आप किसी भी हाल में अपनी एक इंच भी जमीन किसी non-पहाड़ी को मत बेचना चाहे वो आपको करोड़ों ही क्यों ना दे. वर्ना आने वाले समय में उत्तराखंड devbhoomi नहीं राक्षस भूमि बन जाएगा बाहरी लोगों की वजह से. मै खुद ऐसे पहाड़ी इलाके से आता हूँ जो कि बहुत खुबसूरत है मुझे भी दिल्ली की 2 पार्टियों ने डेड करोड़ ऑफर किए थे मेरी जमीन के लिए लेकिन मैंने बिल्कुल साफ मना कर दिया 🙏🙏 भू कानून isi लिए जरूरी है.

In my point of view, out of all 3 (Dehradoon, Haridwar & Rishikesh), I personally believe, that Rishikesh is the best place to relocate or shift. Well, It's a personal choice of mine.
Ganga Maiya Ji ke punya, patit aur paavan darshan, Sundar mandir, awesome places to perform yoga and other stuff. I just love Rishikesh.
For business purpose rishikesh is good but not interns of living...better to choose dehradun....haridwar is economical city cheap option available rest two costly

Haridwar district should be preferable. This is center point, well connected with Delhi, Riahikesh & Dehradun also. Beside Haridwar Roorkee is good & nearby place with all facilities.

everything u said about flat in doon, u must take sunlight in consideration, mussoorie facing flat have poor sunlight in most of the cases, so opt for sunlight rather than mussoorie view. It will cost less, and big important factor for daily living.

Very informative informations given in this vlog. As NRI living in West Europe have future permanent shifting in the area around Rishikesh part Gharwal area. I am only interested for Inner Shaanti Spiritual Purpose. Reason wanna live in very Shaanti area around Rishikesh far away from material worldly life. For me rented modern fittings clean 1 floor huge spacious appartement with big windows where full safety security is.
Purkul & chalang village are better option in dehradun above all these places are affordable also you can can get land @ 20000to 40000 per sqr yards above all there climate is 2 degree lower then sahstrdhara

Seems the idea of shifting is haunting you very much . It is a difficult decision to leave a place where you owned it and perhaps thought of stay long.
But , education, logistics and other for children has reasons to think. So take a research based decision .
But dehradun has always been a dream location for permanent settlers specially armed forces. Hope you will be happy on decision

मै दिल्ली मे रहता हू ,देहरादून लेने कि सोच रहा हू लेकिन अब मैने अपना बिचार बदल दिया क्योकि अब देहरादून रहने लायक नही है यहा दिल्ली से ज्यादा जाम लगता है रिषपना से घन्टा धर पहुँचने मे भी एक घन्टा चाहिए वाहन बिना टृफिक नियम के चलते है उची बिल्डिंग मे प्लैट लेना का मतलब है मोत को दावत देना मै आजकल देहरादून मे हू भारी बारिश और बिजली कडकनै जो दिल मे गुजरती है वह मै ही जानता हू। मै भूगोल का छात्र था देहरादून आज जहां बसा है वहां पहले टैथीज सागर था यह शिवालिक पर्वत की तलहटी मे वसा है ।यहाँ की मि ट्टी खोदने पर आपको ककर पथर ही मिलेगे ?

Same Land buying rule which is applied in Himachal Pradesh should also be implemented in Uttarakhand, uttrakhand is a poor state and its poor local people are not able to afford land cauz outsiders are paying tons of money to buy land & building lavish mahal for their time pass.

Sidkucl area bhi roorkee city se 30km k distanc par hai.... Weather bhi thik rahta hai... Greenry bhi hai... Paani bahut aacha hai air is also pure compare to other... Crime bhi nhi hai... I aspire for a second home in a place which has less traffic, less air pollution, clean and well connected too and last but not the least should be peaceful. I felt Dehradoon might be a good choise but will follow your video to have more relavant information. I like rishikesh very much but visited only once in childhood. Not sure if it is suitable as I am non vegetarian too. Request you to make a video on job opportunity in Dehradoon and if the city has software companies. I am based in Bangalore and would look for a suitable place to invest for a second home, where we can spend some time in a year and settle after retirement. If software companiesare around, may be able to work as a consultant after retirement and please keep up the good work going. As usual very charming personality with an amazing voice.
