The precision and speed of grape harvesting using agriculture technology are commendable. This innovation will certainly boost productivity.

Very interesting technique, but if construction workers can't believe this works then how can I hmm? 🤔

Trusting their experience and judgment can be crucial in evaluating new methods

It doesn't matter when general purpose robots can do manual labor effectively it won't matter what technique, material or technology you are using. Their labor would be essentially free.

How long it takes before the rigofill system will clog by debris floating in the water?

Yo! Maybe tell people that the majority of these cant be used readily in areas that freeze! If you have frost line clevage most of the these will shear break beyond structural tolerances.

The polystyrene pool blocks certainly work we have had temperatures down as low as - 15 Celsius on our pool in sw France and the pool at +35 Celsius in summer. No problems. In fact the ps helps insulate from the extremes

  • @benevolentdictator2315

I don't see anything here that would increase productivity or efficiency after the costs are added in; transparent aluminum is really strong but the cost makes it unqualified for most projects. The metrics may yield a better outcome but the cost of implementing would make it questionable to justify.

it is not Styrofoam (or XPS)!, it is EPS; cheap, open cell, bad lambda, low strenght material; good for packaging!

These plastic houses will represent an environmental burden for future generations. The liquidation of such structures will be expensive and will threaten the environment.

Isn’t there enough, Styrofoam and plastic in the world? Can’t wait to stick with traditional renewable recyclable building materials without all the fucking plastic.
