Do not update. Rollback the updates and it will work just fine. It's a known issue

Nope. I feel like the 9 Pro Plus did fairly well with the Android 13 update installed. So no need to downgrade and do the test again.

It doesn't seem to be working in these samples. But when I switch to video and move the phone a bit, I see the OIS movies around, which means it is at work on both the phones. But we don't see that good videos. But I have used phones without stabilisation and those videos look horrible, these ones are not as bad as those.
