I have this "condition" its just annoying eye fluid. That is basically a clumb of cells that look sorta like distorted twisted worms in ur eye vision. Like im in my car n i cant see it but if i look up at a bright sunny day its there in its unholy glory. As a kid i paid more attention to it as 39 year old its never noticed consciously or subconsciously. Google it.

Could also be visual snow syndrome' :) it's a neurological condition
