It's taken a while, but I got there in the end.
Looking at the chapter markers, I appreciate that the video is perhaps leaning towards the drums, but the reality is that the pipers just weren't doing anything like as much "warm up playing". The modern trend seems to be to keep the playing for the arena and just tune, tune, tune outside. Consequently, I end up with a lot more drummers to record!
I have a lot of other video to compile and publish from the earlier days and some additional higher quality recordings from the Worlds itself, so stay tuned.

@1:57:30 is that drummers from St Lawrence leaving the field before 5th place is announced? Some very poor sportsmanship here.

@bschwartzberg Glad to hear it, by the time I was labeling each band my eyes were swimming, so it will be a miracle if that's the only thing I messed up!!
