- Just finished finals of my first module in med school and am feeling great. I put this mix together full of tracks that when I hear them I think, "Wow, this is 'seriously good'" and that make me close my eyes and smile, even as lame as that sounds. Some are happy and blissful while some are more melancholic and heartbreaking but for me, the result is the same. the fact that this guy dances by himself while also making them mixes really says something.
This set powered me through my finals during my senior year in college at a time when I was really just scratching the service of my affinity for electronic music. Though I return here 8 years later, a changed person in a vastly different world (yet still procrastinating from work into the wee hours of the night), the healing warmth of this magical set dutifully acquaints itself with the wounds of my soul, both new and tired alike, nourishing them instantaneously with a stabilizing presence of comfort, acceptance, serenity, and even occasionally, joy. This set is truly special- it stands the test of time. Like the thousands of others moved by this work of art, I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for sharing this with us. Love to all.

Couple things my good sir. First, wow. Just freaking wow. I didn't realise I had a hole in my life until I heard the 8 hour mix. Second, this mix is amazing. It's akin to video game soundtracks, in that, when you are working on things, you might not necessarily be paying close attention to the music, but your focus and concentration are heightened because of it. So thanks for that. Finally, please, please, please keep doing what you are doing. You are making a lot of people very happy during very stressful times in their lives. I, myself, am using these mixes to get through the last semester of a Masters program in England before the dreaded dissertation begins. ***** Well thanks for the kind words! I've found that the metal/electronic transition is made quite easily and frequently for whatever reason. I'm a pretty big metalhead myself believe it or not and grew up with it as well. Playing almost exclusively electronic I don't have as much time to keep up with it nowadays unfortunately. I was just given as a gift the vinyls of Norma Jean's Wrongdoers and '68's In Humor and Sadness though which are incredibly to put on and have blasting through the house. Still, I doubt they're going to make their way into a set any time soon...
I know that this is just a comment on your video, but I want to encourage you to continue this amazing work. I really like your mixes and I wish that your channel will grow bigger and bigger.

I'm guessing the beer is an amber or blonde micro-brew of course that based on the color of the label. It kinda looks like a Red Hook of some kind but he is conveniently smart enough to hide the label from view.
