Spinach sponge cake:

spinach - 150 gr
flour - 50 gr
salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Filling:
cream cheese - 300 gr
red fish - 200 gr
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
3. Carrot roulade 7:30
carrot - 600 g
eggs - 5 pcs.
Philadelphia cheese - 300 g
salt - 1 tsp
dill - 1 bunch
ground black pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
