Lovely selection of seed. Do you find Dinner Plate Dahlias hard to arrange? Perhaps one or two videos on flower arranging these big blooms might be nice. Happy gardening 🧑🌾
I know some gardeners say they’re hard to use in arrangements but I never found that to be an issue for me but I am not a professional and my arrangements tend to be fairly simple. Just a few, even by themselves, can be nice. Have you tried them yourself?

Love your seed selection. Do you save dahlia tubers or just sow seeds each year?
Have you checked out Floret? She (Erin) sells seeds they breed on her farm. Beautiful farm and she share so much of her knowledge.
You have the raised veggie beds, do you not plant to start veggies from seed or did I miss those? I am curious which vegetable varieties you are planning.
Whenever I’ve tried to use dinner plate dahlias in a cut flower arrangement, I find that they droop over due to the heavy weight of the bloom and their stems are too weak to hold them up. 🪴💚
Thin floral wire wrapped around stem with end stuck through back of bloom holds up the heads...
