Well, you can look at his (and Rev's) history, Heiz stopped using that acc and likely went on to other acc which Rev duos with. To add to the "honesty": the Lee Sin "aceti" was lvl 39, Gold II and about 59% winrate overall, then stopped playing right after that match.

@@ObviOneKenobi You can't get perma-banned without being reviewed manually by a RIOT employee and even if somehow it did happen like you say you could get it undone easy by submitting a ticket and they would review it and undo it. If you NEVER type in chat you can't get perma-banned ever in the game unless you're literally running it down like mad or cheating/scripting. Doesn't matter how bad you suck and die. I have played this game for 10 years and NOT once have I been banned. I got chat restricted one time and never again. Now every game I mute-all at the start because there are too many douche kids like him and they just rage-type all game. I 100% know hes lying.
