I'm veggie too, and love those sausages! Parmesan often isn't vegetarian BTW as along with a couple of other cheeses, it has to contain a certain animal component to be called parmesan so always good to check.😊
@Budgetmumsoph I was shocked too! Loads of people don't know. I think grano padano cheese is another one that has to have rennet or something in to be able to be called that. However, some supermarket parmesans aren't "proper" so are vegetarian friendly 👍

Lots of frozen food. Try more whole foods to make fresh meals and less vegan stuff which is full of chemicals.
