Trust me, I feel you. I am a white, poor woman. I see and feel those who are such elitists they have no idea what it is to feel and pray every day to feed their children, to move out of poverty. Great performance and we’re all privileged to be born in America, but I didn’t like the line “I don’t feel right being born white”. Nobody should ever feel ashamed of who they are. It’s ok to be proud of your ethnicity, no matter what it is.
