Couldn't resist myself. Within the first few minutes of the video this is what we get to hear; "The fact that there have been 4 Prime Ministers in just over 3 years, says a lot about highly turbulent Nepali politics" - As a Nepalese, I and the fellow citizens of Nepal have to accept the unfortunate and never ending ruthless game of politic's shadow over the state of Nepal lasting since decades. Lets hear what the PM of Nepal has to say further.

I think Dr. Baburam Bhattrai has got excellent English vocabulary and of course since he's Nepalese he has an accent like everyone else in the world has their won and not to mention an excellent speaker in anyway trying under determine him would seem to put a spotlight on the doer to show their credentials ( i do not mean on the discussion aspect, everyone one has their own opinion, i mean to people who question him for who he is)

Communism well many of us say it as a outdated idea being based on downfall of soviet Russia or other communist countries of present and past. But this is the course of struggle where there is constant struugle between the classes of society. In that course it is not guaranted that the one class must get victory. One who is more powerful and progressive maintains its dominance in which even reactionary forces sometimes get victory and that is same happened in communist countries during twientith century which is as predicted by Marx. But this doesn't mean the end of struggle but shows struggle is more intensifying that is why we are discussing communist principle. And its sure that in long term communists who are progressive forces will take over the power which is the rule of nature that progressive system must replace old reactionary system.

here is some idea i cannot understand and some proposition ..
As government owns all the businesses and properties (the means of production), central authority dictates the means and quantity of production, and places strict rules on businesses.hence there is no competition amongst firms, each is given the same amount of money and each worker is paid the same, with the same expectations of each.
this way Productivity and efficiency are not only difficult to achieve without profit motive for the workers (as there won't be a true entrepreneur in this system and government is a single entrepreneur ).biggest problem is feeling of competitiveness and need for cut through "strive for best or feeling of wanting to be supreme is uprooted or murdered !
(survival of fittest ) the very nature , from human being to order of nature itself is provoked ...
as in communism it is difficult to maintain a personal goal or set of rules for self effort and reward. also under such ideology price mechanism, supply and demand are difficult to balance . over time.. as everything would be supremely under control , as good it may sound at first but to achieve this system will need to intervene in supply& demand very core of economical aspect and make set rule for "will or want" ... as in communism there is no me ! so there is no personal will ... your every wish and will have to go under systematic filter of " reasonable amount or shared quota" ..for equality to be practiced ...i.e "if he has one pair of cloth and is happy you will be allowed same ...and would be expected to be happy ..." thats just a small example but idea will be same ? " ... so no personal freedoms.... how can such a ideology which is greatly against the very nature itself be useful ? ...nature is beautiful because it has its variant , extremes in all aspects... from topology to , ups and downs , there are millions of colour ...diversified and centralized at same time ...communism needs to look into nature ... can you imagine nature of communism ... equality ... so if nature is such as we can see why should be nature of society be different from rules of nature ...what sense it make for existence if there is no free will , variant , extremes ...etc .?
lets just see evolution again "nature have no plan for week so either week struggle and keep up or be competitive and or get extinct !" that is evolution and as far its the best ever system ... we may not like it but thats the only way of personal progress , and a society is me then my ... as in idea of sea ...every drop counts ... those who thrive will succeed those who don't won't .... now only part we can do as a government policy is to give more than equal opportunity for week to strive and may me focus more for the week to come up ,without cutting the strong ... there is two ways of lessening gap between class and the way communism suggest is not scientific to go with ... so no wonder communism did not thrive in most part of human social evolution ... cause i believe communism is a idea in parer which looks good or reasonable and seems very best ...but in practical is the worst , against human nature or rather nature order itself ... so why should "social evolution" go against the idea adapted by " natural order of evolution ..." ?
goal of common social equality should be practiced in natural order not a ideological concept ... political party should look into reforming itself and educating itself before attempting to reform a society .sort your priority!!!.. on one hand communism claims to be a scientific approach to common goal but in practice retain itself from results of science "communism science " ! how scientific & ironical !... doesn't result of so many failure itself shows the validity of communist theory into practice ... malpractice ...distorted ... make any excuse ... but communism as of marxist or maoist or any of all seems have forgotten the very first basic of ideological pillar ! and seriously come up with a better concept ... which could have a practical validity !!!
i dont say capitalism is perfect or even near to perfection ... but its idea can be reformed and up to degree constrained as to confine for capitalism to become "extreme capitalism" ... as nature has its own way of confining itself once and when extremes comes to play ... it does it own adjustment ... we should learn from nature itself and try to come up with innovative idea of constraining capitalism such that it can strive but not go extreme ! so conclusion is to push up more for week class than pull rich class down in name of equality ...raise the poor without capping the rich ... meanwhile let rich contribute more as they have capacity to do so and can be expected from ... there can be several ideas which can be implied to achieve a goal of communism through capitalism ... and bring a new ideology ... which is a real communal.. ism ....

Marxism is not to stay under control of anybody or power but it is to be free from any kind of control and stay freely. But Marxism has been described differently. Let us study more and more to analyze the theories of Marxism. To control others is again another birth of monarchism. Marx became such a great person that he has explained and touched every sector of human study.
