I stopped watching the talk to go see what the book was about. I watched the video on the book page and my jaw dropped.This morning, on LInkedIn, I posted an article I wrote in 2013 called "The power of questions: the fine line between a visionary and a cynic" Very timely. so delicate the balance with being happy now and still having a forward thinking vision. That is so powerful to be there in that state of flow and think something good will happen because you are intenting on it.
As a very underappreciated teacher, I wish with all my might that the educational system approached management of teachers with such an appreciative and positive manner. Everyone but especially our kids would greatly benefit!!! Our current system burns the passion and excitement from teachers.
