What's a practical way to build self-confidence? How can we build confidence in a way that's it's so simple, there's virtually no friction to implement the skill into our lives?
These have been the questions I've been asking myself for the past few weeks. When building confidence in the past, I would resort to the self-help section at the book store, visualization boards, meditation.
But those tactics never helped me build self confidence. I needed to find a practical way to build confidence. That's where Ben Franklin comes into the picture.
In this video I answer these questions:
1. What is confidence?
2. How do we build self-confidence?
3. How do we sustain confidence?
Enjoy!

I hope everyone's staying safe out there! Enjoy this video :)
Hope you are doing well ma man. Corona is spreading like HELL!
Anyway, now to the video...I totally agree with everything you said there. I like it because it's simple, but so true. Ben Franklin was right :D Keep up the editing bro!
Dude!!! I hope you’re well man! Thanks for the comment :)
Just stumbled across your channel by accident and I gotta say WAUW this video was really good !
I'm sure I've heard this story before about Ben Franklin, but this video was very informative Thanks !!
Wow. I seriously love this outlook.
Glad it resonated with you!
your videos highlights are the animations i love them
Thank you so much! Im working over time to become a master at animations 💪🏽
Genius, thanks a lot. It is helping me in knowing which questions to look answers for. I knew where I was lacking and this is the exact channel I wanted to drop by!
That list of virtues that Ben Franklin keeps is really interesting - I'm sure it helps to have that in front of you all the time! I keep a mental list like that, but would be interesting to see it physically. And that difference between what you see yourself as and what your actions show you to be - I believe psychologists call that "cognitive dissonance", and the moment I started to bridge that dissonance was when I really started to find happiness and peace. Thanks for sharing man! Awesome video (also love the crisp and clean edits/animations on this)
Yo yo, yeah having those habits or virtues in front of you is key for me. Thanks for watching!
mmm. Great suggestion. This way youre constantly being reminded. Great self help message. Thank you.👍
Yup, exactly!

Lmao thanks!
Haha I’m glad you caught that! ;)
I really like this video.. i am as of now trying to keep track of what i think i am doing vs what i actually do. could you do a video on being tolerant when people's conversations trigger you .. something like the art of being polite yet sticking to what is right in your opinion.. or any video on socialising the right way..
Hey, I'm so glad this video helped! And that's a really good idea honestly, I'm jotting that one down
Keep it up 👍
Thank you :)
