As per my friends who intern in Paytm.... Sonia threatened to put fake chargers on company and even threaten to put charges on other members of the company.....this is biggest problem.... flipkart ceo the owner of company had to step down after fake allegations and if sonia had done then investors would stop.... Paytm would go down and get destroyed as females will boycott it and the whole company will fall as investors will stay away from it.
Many told these was true that she threaten fakes case's.....it will take year's for men to prove themselves innocent and nothing could be done.....
This is kind of power an women holds....more than any data and pictures....fake case is all enough in india to blackmail and destroy men

I am guessing she got hired a second time also because of blackmail. She must know some shady stuff the CEO has done. Nobody is so magnanimous as to hire a criminal who just betrayed you three months back, especially for a financial company where trust is paramount.
