I think the mid ladder threshold is wildly underestimated. I JUST got to level 36 so I was able to stay in arena 17, and I still ONLY play against MK+pekka+wizard+ebarb cycle

@@Ssacky if i am locked at 6k and i am like 6014 trophies, if i lost i lose 4-5-6, but i can drop below 6K i was 6003 i will lose 28 like normlly
It's so fun to see how money affects the game: OJ with the power of Credit Card passed arena 16 in couple of hours and I (without money) struggled like 4 months before entering arena 17

I know it took me 6 months just to get one of my cards to level 14. I'm about to get to giant to level 14 and sparky to 13 so hopefully the grinding pays off

I hated coming back to the game about a month ago and finding that my 4.2k trophy level 1 account is now stuck because of the arena lock system. I'd argue it's one of Supercells worst ideas.
Honestly I agree, for me who just started and being a f2p I’m worried that I’m going to quit because of the level you need to be, OJ spends like $500 and still gets locked

Still stupid how instead of blocking or putting over leveled people into different match systems, supercell just blocked lower level people from playing the game.
It legit only takes like 10 games to get into the next arena, while getting the level requirement takes a week of constant grinding or a month of on and off gameplay.

Either you got VERY lucky or I got VERY unlucky, because 90% of my opponents in arena 16 had fully maxed decks. Getting up to arena 17 was a struggle.
