I need that kind of exercise sir. I'm left hemiplegic due to brain AVM Operation removed. Suffering with brain injury after the operation 9 years ago.

I'm a stroke survivor, one year after...and have made great improvement all around, except my left hand spasticity that I'm struggling with... It feels that it's got worse lately, and I don't know why... I 've been practicing Pilates for my stroke rehab strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. I am a Pilates Practitioner and it's been quite helpful to do a lot of the work at home.
I need some help however, with my left hand spasticity, and a couple of other limitations (shoulder restricted ROM, and some face numbness, and on & off headaches)

A great video - thanks! Have you got any thoughts on reducing ankle clonus too? I’m working on spasticity in both my arm and leg (right hand side) but will the clonus reduce (or disappear!) as I try and eliminate spasticity?

No, I didn't try it. I had recoverix therapy and vasa concept. These 2 combined reduced my spasticity eneormously. @@RMSM0204
