I can't speak for all Maidiacs but for me i no longer compare Band-Maid
to other artists, they have created their own "signature" sound. In the future
people will look back at this moment in time and be amazed at all the great
music this Band has contributed to "rock". Po!

100 some bands are comparable but most are(as they should) unique and that goes for BM from song to song....they always are hard rock but with their personality and so many influences its always making you smile^^
I completely agree with you. There is no use comparing them to other bands, they do not sound like any other band out there. You may find elements here and there that has been played before, but their songs and their sound are uniquely their own. IMO they have created their own genre, Band-Maid doing Band-Maid things playing like only they do.
Thanks to you sir for supporting the best band in the world. Our army continues to grow and there is no stopping us. Dominating the world, the universe is next.
Black Hole is a song you need to hear more than once. First you like it, then you love it. If you want another great bass video, Dice. I starts with it! My first and still most loved.

hey Mr Scott i always enjoy your reactions. The Maids have lots of great news for you. Netflix action movie "KATE" was just released on Sept 10th and was the number 1 Netflix movie WORLDWIDE...Band-Maid have an awesome cameo and 2 songs are featured :) also Anime "Platinum End" will feature the OP "Sense". Platinum End is from the creators of famous manga/anime "Death Note" the single "Sense" along with 2 other new songs "Hibana" and "Corallium" will be released on Oct 27. Love these songs! Our Rock Never Dies, Ever! Forever! Miku writes awesome lyrics! Black Hole is so fast, 220bpm, I don't know how Akane's drums and drum sticks don't just ignite spontaneously! The range of these ladies has impressed me from the start, so glad they are here! If you haven't already, check out "No God", great Misa bass work!

Can you believe they performed Black Hole as the second from the last in this 2+ hours online concert!
Also the last song Freedom was so much fun, and they all were having a blast and made Maidiacs (at lest me) being jealous of staff members at the studio🥺
Other than raising your blood pressure on the first listen BLACK HOLE needs to be digested in a few sessions. You'll never catch it all in one sitting ... unless you are actually Akane and the song is a banana :p . 220 bananas ... er, I mean beats per minute ;) .
MANNERS is old skool groove rock ... and it doesn't get any better.
These ladies are virtuosos in their own right but as a band, they’re even better.
WARNING! It's bad MANNERS to stop listening to Band-Maid because you'll feel starved for musical excellence and joy and fall into a BLACK HOLE of emptiness... probably! 😵 Thx, Mr. Scott!

I agree with you on Misa's bass work on Manners. She's playing lead bass lines & riffs up and down the neck for the whole song. Not just when we see her on camera.
One of the most creative parts for me is when, from about 5:15 she is playing a nice bit of lead bass under Kanami's lead guitar. How often do you hear things like that?
I'm old enough to be their grandfather, but Damn I love these girls. And I mean that with the inherent pride that a grandparent feels for their grandkids. I'm sure that all the other Oldies in their fan base know what I mean.

I saw a link to your channel from a channel called Spaz boys comedy so I decided to check it out since Curtis is a cool dude and I haven’t finished the video but I’m already liking your stuff since a large part of my musical taste is metal and I am not disappointed so far take my subscription for making such amazing content. Also the music in this video is amazing
Isolation in 2020 sent Kanami into a black hole and this was the result. 1 massive chaotic mix challenging Akane in particular for it's frenetic pace. Interesting abstract solo from Kanami too. Manners really is the title track to Unseen World signifying their aim to dominate the world. Classic ending to another clever Kanami masterpiece.
With Black Hole the story goes that as Kanami was writing the music she asked Akane how fast she could drum. Akane said at about 200bpm so Kanami wrote it at 220bpm😝
Only your channel can get me watching this stuff on my birthday. Go figure.

Well middle age metal head, this 65 year old former roadie for a very NON metal band is happy to say we fully agree on this band! Yeah back in stone age pre grunge Seattle I hauled gear and did 'hands of the go go girls for a 60's cover band that opened for Eric Burden and Iggy Pop, as well as the almost made it acts out of Seattle early 80's scene.
