Honestly I feel like it's more of a strong friendship. They have so much fun and they are so silly, to me it looks more like a brother/sister thing. Not something romantic. If there was any partner he had a romantic connection with I'd personally go for Shawn Johnson.

Beverly Pisano I think she's secretly Derek's favorite partner. They laugh together so much and she seemed easier to work with & teach compared to his other partners (not counting Nicole).
This is the first time I've seen this video .....oh how I miss the Confessionals. We got to know the couples so much better. I hate all the rush, rush that only one night causes. And, I loved the orchestra of Harold Wheeler. It just isn't the same show and now the Ballroom Style Dancing especially Latin is being scraped and not all dancers do them. Poor organization!!!!

Now you don't have an opportunity to get to know the contestants anymore because all you see of them outside of their performance is a 60 second clip of their rehearsal footage. That's it. :-/
Y'all I love how Derek would get used to kellies accent ( I have it too ) and he would like start talking like her and not notice it❤️ it was so cute❤️
He totally needs to be her new co-host, instead of Ben! They have such great rapport and chemistry! I know that would be hard for him to do, though, being a professional dancer and time constraints.
They have such great chemistry together! Good improvisational skills too. They're a riot together. :-)
