You have temps reaching 90c on a 240mm AIO, I think there's your problem there. Start by checking mounts and thermal paste application.

Either it's not mounted properly, or someone forgot to take the plastic peel off that says "REMOVE BEFORE APPLYING" or something along those lines, meaning there's no good contact to transfer the heat from your processor to the cooler.
This is the expected behaviour when your processor is overheating.

    The CPU is overheating

how long does it reach temps that high, might be faulty pump, better off getting a air cooler which is more reliable, what cpu are you using?

dont think its a gpu issue mate 87 degrees on the cpu is wild

also i see that you vape as well, id assume your fans look like the episode of southpark where the internet cuts off and randy finally has access to the internet. Id check your thermal paste and see if maybe the aio is faulty because it should never exceed these temps unless you're overclocking.

I clean my pc regularly out of habit and vaping has never put any strange film or anything else on my pc. Although I only vape every now and then

1st thing is first if plastic wrap that will happen (common mistake) 2nd off what cpu are you using 240mm fans depending on which cpu your using wont cool enough 3 make sure thermal paste is full all over the cpu DONT DROWN IT THO make sure you spread evenly 4 make sure the aio is touching the cpu if not it will not cool at all 5 if your pc is on touch the punch gently to feel if there is any flow going to the header if not its a faulty pump 6 if you have a ryzen 7 or anything around the gen and up temps run really high 360mm aio should fix but check everything off that list fist before you buy that 360mm and make sure it fits your case!!!!

is it overclocked? it's your cpu that is most likely making your computer freeze, 89 degree is crazy.. try getting some new thermal paste/increase ur fans
