You have a very high Visual Delay. If it cannot be overcome, you can use Dark modifier as the receptors aren't "used" at all given that Delay. I myself make use of it (or its Pump It Up equivalent, FD [Freedom]) as sometimes the delay is way too unbearable

That's certainly another option. I've gotten used to the delay by this point, though.
