Great review one thing you forgot to mention is that all Dyson ball upright vacuums have a seal system that is third party tested and provided to lock in microscopic dust particles and keep them out of the air.
There's a lot that brought it to that. It's awkward all around. I don't hate Dyson, I just try to give fair reviews. I've tried their hair products and another vacuum that were all amazing.
It's crazy when you compare Shark to Dyson in price and effectiveness how the Shark (in most things) comes way out ahead. The exception might be the Dyson hair products, but I haven't used the Shark ones yet.
HATE THIS VACUUM!!!! It is so hard to push across the floor it’s a total nightmare. Packing it up and taking it back for a refund now. The Dyson company should be ashamed to put something this horrible on the market.

I see the problems here with the operator not necessarily the Dyson.
I am not a smart person.
I don't think that cheap plastics, a complicated hose & wand storage, and a heavy weight are operator problems.
Not having amazing build quality and not the best for stairs and being a little heavy, brings it from a 10 to 3?

I bought one last week and I didn’t like it , I had to return it ,I got a Shark lift away instead and I love it
