Left hand or the or the right if you're a lefty is a trick shot and worth two cups. Depending on the "house rules" blowing or fingering balls out that are spinning inside the cup is allowed for guys and is always allowed under "ladies rules", which also allows a girl's elbow past the table, but not their shoulders.
if the ball is “toilet bowling,” or spinning down the cup, the person whose cup the ball is going in can scoop the ball out with their hand or blow in the cup to try to get it out before it hits the beer
The elbow rule tends to cause a bad vibe, with all the accusations increasing as players get more drunk. Me and my friends usually change the elbow rule to a shoulder rule, as it's easier to avoid and spot when drunk.

You just have to make all shots consecutively for a redemption without missing. These are the 'real' rules. If you played left handsy trick shots you'd be laughed out of any party.
