I used to bargain at the market. One day I know the story behind street vendors having tough situations such as feeding their family with small amount of money , having sick baby at home , the old parent disable,etc…So they have been earned a small of money from price in and out. Instead of donating or giving money I buy items they sell as the way I help them out.
