Kundalini is a technology, it looks strange but it does work, it is magic, go with the instructions and you will notice a change in yourself each time you do it a little and more and more you do it. May love surround you.

Sat Nam....Thank you Nihal. I am a beginner with these practices and I must say I found it much harder then it looked when I watched you. This just tells me I need this practice...and to practice as my spirit guided me to your video. Great stuff...Namaste'

Yes Starrla it does. You might have to build up to one minute breath...but hold your intervals as long as you can...and gradually expand your capacity!

Sat Nam, Thank you for this helpful meditation lesson! It does heal fear. We’re having wildfires and may have to evacuate to our relatives’ home (hope 🙏 not)! Oh, 1/2 time for the last 2 segments would be 1 1/2 minutes each. Keep teaching! Many blessings!

Okay to Martin K & music maker - Yoga Kundalini and true spiritual Christianity are not mutually exclusive. Actually only in Yoga Kundalini and the golden chain masters teachings I found the true love Christ come to preach. They do go hand in hand beautifully - accessing the divinity of one's soul. Also in that community the love, joy, compassion, understanding are real and alive just as the Jesus in gospels reflected. Please do not mix up religion and dogma which actually took humanity away from God and spirituality.

It is so incredibly difficult for me to maintain my gaze at the lunar center at the chin point. Am I alone in this? I find that especially when inhaling it is almost impossible and then my gaze starts bouncing around all over the place until I am finally able to somewhat focus it all the way down to the chin. Will this get easier with practice? Are there any tricks for making this easier?

  • @mariquitaphilippadeboissie9434

Thank you so much for sharing this meditation. The breathing is extremely challenging. I'm wondering whether it could work to build up to 1 minute, perhaps even starting with as little as 15 seconds? (5 in, 5 held, 5 out). Sat nam!

Thank you for sharing. I am not able to do the full 20 seconds at a time without caching my breath again though. Would you please tell me how I might be able to learn this? Is it just with practice? Thank you!

I cant even keep my right arm over my head long enough spiritvoyage, is that okay or am I disrespecting the astral waves or doing it in a bad way? I try go long as I can and then slowly lower back into basic meditation form with both hands resting on knees and finish with just basic meditation then awake? opinion would help, thank you. As I am just getting started unlocking my Chakras and have yet to achieve any tingle like sensations yet.

Good meditation, but really hard to do slow exhalation. For me it's choppy, occasioned by the need for short intakes of breath, which I'm trying to avoid. The body seems to want blurt out the air and immediately breathe in. I assume this is the hardest part of the overall meditation and one which improves with practice.

The work begins by centering the energy of self love. Postures, Intention, Spartan diet, movement austerities, and disciplines. Let us be not too austere in our austerities. Laugh alot. Enjoy and remember the Athenians won. www.jstor.org/discover/10.2307/638374?sid=21105688837433&uid=3739256&uid=3739560&uid=2&uid=4

Can you please tell me how this creates self love? Should we be focused on loving ourselves while breathing? Just doesn't seem like breath alone would achieve that. Thankyou!!

I have not had much experience with this exercise, but I can say that from all the other kundalini yoga stuff I have done, it seems to unblock something and sometimes it is really powerful, don,t overthink anything just do it , it is the practicing of it that is key , it gets you out of all that thinking and you become mindful and clear not lead by your old patterns
