12:34 no he was not. Heihachi being “anti devil gene” was a storyline retcon that Tekken 7 introduced. In Tekken 4 Heihachi‘s story mode literally says he wanted to capture Jin and Kazuya to fuse their Devil genes with his own dna so he could have absolute power.
