It's not a Farmhouse. I see no fields full of crops nor any animals...It's a big swanky house on a large piece of property....
Architecture style - not a farming house. It's modern and lovely. My kind of home instead of some overly gilded old-fashioned ones shown.

This one looks like it is trying to be both modern and cozy/inviting and somehow fails on both.
