Verry Nice! I'm Working on moding mine as well. Where did you find your hinges? What kind are they? They seem to fold very flat.

I got them at ace don’t really like them. A heavy piano hinge would work better

The cooler is a jieotwice brand. Got it off amazon. Thefans was 7 inch fans that are reversible. They can in a 2 pack off amazon
