In highschool I was obsessed w Pantene mousse, now I'm curious to try It again.
For some reason the nym mousse always feels sticky on my hair, even if I try putting on a small amount.
That's interesting, for me the NYM mousse has SO much more hold, humidity resistance, and definition than the pantene mousse. Also the pantene mousse gives me really tiny clumps for some reason
I use Superdrug volume mousse and then the pantenne mouse once 70% ish dry for extra hold 👀
Haven't tried either but I actually like the NYMs side on you best. I like the volume.:)
I have wavy hair and the nym is best for me. The Pantene feels really dry on my hair. I use both as single stylers
Haven't ever tried the pantene mousse, but I've used curl talk and I wanted to love it but man I just HATED how it made my hair feel. It felt so dry and tangled but also left a weird residue on my hair post sotc and made my hair look stringy and I tried it multiple times with the same issue. I use the herbal essences totally twisted mousse, which I heard is almost the exact same formulation as the pantene!
Ashley Seyfried this same exact thing is happening to me with the nym mousse. I’ve tried it multiple times now and my hair is just dry, tangled and product -y.
Same here. I thought it was just me because so many people love it. I’d like to try either the Pantene or herbal essences ones.
Muy bello el resultado!!
Definitely like the Pantene side better. I was looking into starting to use mousse on my hair, was thinking of getting the NYM one but after this video I am considering Pantene...unless u have another one u recommend more?
PS never been the 1st to comment on anything before lol 😂
I love the pantene mousse. I also dont mind the nym mousse. I also love the pantene alcohol free hair spray
I love the Pantene it’s awesome 😎
I LOVE Pantene and found you because the formula changed and I'd hoped to find an alternative. (I have a huge basket of products I tried before finding Pantene! I really don't want to start over!) I see this video is a few years old... Curious if you have another product you've found lately that you might suggest I try? I love your curls! Especially the Pantene Curls!! TYIA!
the pantene side for sure won
Would love it if my hair would curl that much!!! It seems when my hair was shorter, it curled better but about a year ago I did a big chop and it didn’t really bring back the curl. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s too much product
They have discontinued the Pantene mousse in ireland and totally changed the recipe and now it's not CG friendly. I had to order a load from Amazon (and hope that I can still get it next time)
Is the Pantene curly girl approved (i don't care about the alcohols part but for the silicones, sulfates, parabens)?
i think it was but they changed the formula, so it‘s not now
i jus bought a new one today and the ingredients r still cgm approved (in the UK at least, US is notorious for putting unnecessary and bad ingredients in the exact same products in the UK)
Yes it isssss
I LOVED Pantene curl defining mouse. I am so sad it was reformulated because it does NOT work. What do you use now? Help!
Agree!! I loved the old formula!!
I’d love a Inahsi custard vs Treluxe gel!
Love the way you edit your videos. Which software do you use?
The NYM mousse gives me a rock hard cast that I actually haven’t been able to scrunch out at times! Do you have a product you recommend for SOTC?
Most times I use my hands! But if I need to “dissolve” it I like to use argan oil - I believe I have the one I used linked in my amazon shop on the description!
You can also try using less of product, that's what worked for mine
I had the same experience with the NYM mousse. It’s cast was like CONCRETE 😳😳👎🏼. It also made my hair feel dry and scratchy.
So curious, I have watched a TON of your videos and was chic you can feel all the products in your hair when it is dry? I can always feel product residue in my hair 😢
Love watching you! What’s the website that you said would tell you what ingredients are in your product. Like protein vs moisture
I've never used the NYM mousse, but I don't like cream or gel at all. I tried several times and it just wasn't for me. I thought I was quite literally the only one.
Question! I have very fine, soft hair that is 2c 3a waves/curls but lately it’s acting more like 2a. Any insight into why my texture isn’t as tight? Any treatments or storyline products I should try? Thanks!
I wish we can see the 2nd day to till the diffrents
The pantene mouse gives such good results, but I only used it a handful of times before discovering it was the reason my head started to itch soooo badly. I discontinued use and my scalp returned to normal.
Pantene has just recently changed its formula for some reason and the new Pantene mousse is not nearly as good. I had to look for a new mousse after using Pantene for several years.
