Mods are the only way to play Sonic Adventure 2

So a while ago I played Sonic Adventure on Steam with mods to make it as close as the Dreamcast version as possible and it turned out pretty well.
I tried doing the same thing with Sonic Adventure 2 and now Eggman is looking like he escaped a Vinesauce corruption. At least when he's in his mech because in the Chao Garden he looks normal. Unlike Sonic Adventure 1 where the mods modded themselves via a program, Sonic Adventure 2's mods needed to be downloaded somewhat manually so not sure if I didn't follow the dude's mod installation guide correctly or these mods were out of date. I think it was the mod Stache Fix that caused Eggman to look like Bloody Gir since he's the only one in the game with a stache.
Honestly just sharing this because of how WTF it is, like it looks like the G.U.N. robot textures are being put onto Eggman's Egg Walker.

Also, I played on to Shadow's first boss fight and he looked fine. The only problem was that the sound effects weren't playing and the only sound was the music and the G.U.N. soldier's dialogue. Then the game crashed when I beat the boss.
